HI
Oh man, I can really relate....My first two years my principal criticized EVERYTHING I did. Usually not discipline however. I didn't do enough cooperative groupings, I didn't put up enough of their work in the hall,
I didn't have them writing enough, I didn't do enough science (I didn't do science at all since they can't even read - I teach special ed) I didn't on and on. I went home many nights in tears. My dear husband said to quit my job and look else where since our state has a shortage of special ed teachers and I could find a job anyplace. However, my district has a great reputation and
a high pay scale. I decided to tough it out. No the principal didn't get nicer to me or even like me at all but she did change jobs. Now I have a new principal and a new set of problems with her but at least she does like me.

I have no advice for you just sympathy....sorry she's so hard on you I hope it will get better soon.
