I've forgotten !
By Grace

Clip to ScrapBook
I'll bet there are many many teachers reading your plea who know exactly what you mean. There is an awful lot to remember. I have a slightly disabled child in my class who has to leave 10 minutes early to get a taxi. If she
is not at the office the taxi doesn't wait. I am very good at remembering Mon to Thursday but for some reason I have forgotten on two Fridays and we had to make other arrangements for her. I have two ways of coping with things. Very important paperwork is slipped into an arch lever file to be read or sorted when I have time. If I get a message to send a child somewhere I make a note in
my big school diary which sits on my desk. I look at it every morning and at intervals through the day. I also tell the children "remind me to send you to Mrs M after lunch etc." I usually find that one of the class will remember. But there are times when things are forgotten. But we're all human so don't worry too much. Do your best and good luck.
Who am I?
