I took elementary science on-line through a local university. It was ok to take in the summer but it was a lot of work. My class met twice, the first class and the last class where we presented our finished project. My class was not chatty and didn't share anything on line. There was not much discussion either. I didn't like that if you were stuck on something you would email the prof and then have to wait for an email, if that email triggered another question then you repeated the process. It was very different that going to the classroom each week. I an undecided if I will take another online class. I didn't much enjoy this one but I'm not sure if it was the online part or the content itself. hope that helps
