I wanted to let you know that you are not alone. I have a fourth grade boy in my class that is ODD. He does not swear at me, but he does scream and yell at me along with trying to hurt students on purpose. I have finally put him on a contract which addresses the behaviors that we need to work on. We are working on speaking nicely to everyone, not calling out and trying to stay on task. He also has ADHD and from what I have read, ODD seems to result sometimes from ADHD. He is being served as a resource student, you need to from what I have read from your letter try to see if you can get her some help. You should not have to put up this and trust me I know that it is very frustrating.. Hang in there Jenny
