Clip to ScrapBook
We do this in our school. For example in December we do not celebrate "Christmas" with a program like some schools do we have holiday celebrations and celebrate Hanukah, Ramadan, Christmas, and an African American holiday that I have currently forgotten the name of. We have stocked our library with books about each celebration and have learned to play many new games from these different holidays. I know it's not much but it's a start. You could do these easily in your own classrooms and that would be a start too!
