1) Is there any way you can get more of that prize? If you have that option I think you should just spend a little money. I assume these are pretty small.

2) How would the kids feel if you saved that prize for something extra special? Make it a prize for something that you know you'll only have one winner for, or maybe give it to a student of the week/month. If the kids want this prize, and they earn the right to choose it but only one can, this may cause some problems.
