When you were in school, were there any "older" gals in any of your classes? Did you try to relate to them? I was the older generation girl going back to school with all the young chicks, nobody really talked to me, and I was desperately lonely, and almost depressed. So I can relate to how you feel from the opposite end.

The thing is, in the real world, people don't group by age. I can assure you that the older teachers aren't looking at you because of your age, or not all of them. Talk to people at lunch, at meetings, to try to find a soul mate.

You can change schools, but real life isn't segregated by age. Some of my best friends have been ten, twenty years older than me. Don't let a good opportunity pass you by.
