it's hard to make friend when you stay in your

room. If some teachers are negative then stay away from them but all the teachers in your school can't be negative....I am an older teacher also but I have managed to make friends with the younger teachers. No we don't hang out together after school but yes we do eat lunch together and go to conferences and such...sit by each other in staff meetings...
I'm sure you know making friends is a two way street....?
