The many responses you have had are addressing the issue nicely. Documentation is always the best thing to do. Your union rep should know about this and it should be ok to talk with he/she. Once response was asking if
the parents know about how this women treats the students. Having a parent in the room volunteering is a great way of having another set of eyes/ears etc. In our school parents have a voice and if they land in the Principal's office with a concern, the Principal should respond to the parent. Does your school have behavior guidelines for the students? If so, they apply to the staff as
well. In the end you can only be organized, clear about the tasks you would like her to do and remember to document. You might also invite the Principal to attend some of your class time!
