principal

Clip to ScrapBook
It will be in your best interest to quickly prevent your principal from taking over your prep time for the rest of your year, so I would agree with weaning her off of it.

If your are concerned with the consequences, before
you start declining, ask her to come in to give you a formal evaluation, so that you can use it for improvement, your professional development plan, etc. You may even want to set up eval. another later in the year as well. If things do start to sour, you would still have something to include in your job search.

Or, you may just want to discuss it with her. Maybe in a short conference

after your evaluation. Sometimes, people forget that the new energetic teachers can and do get tired as well; usually because they believe that they are not doing their job if they don't do all of the extras.
