" To go to school sick or not"

Last week was our fourth week of school and I got sick. I ended up with a sinus infection again due to contruction dust and dirt in the school air. It is still in the air and now others are getting sick. This is my fourth year teaching and I used to feel guilty. Ever since last year and talking to my fellow colleagues I take the time for myself. We are no good to our kids if we don't take care of ourselves. My principle is very supportive about the staff taking care of ourselves.
