Isn't it always the case that when something goes wrong, the principal walks in?

Don't worry that has happened to everyone I know.

You just wouldn't believe it. We could start a new thread "Things our Principals think we Did or Did Not do!" And it would go on forever.

Unless it is really eating your guts out, I would just concentrate on your plan with your coteacher, offer rewards to groups who behave the best when the principal walks in and be done with it. Your management style will develop, trust me.

I used to get all bothered about the same thing last year. It does get easier.....
