"Repeat No Homework Offenders"
By Tabitha

Clip to ScrapBook
I have at least six boys in my class this year who don't do or turn in the homework or classwork.
Each day everyone at a table turns in homework they get table points as well a stickers for a warehouse visit.(My treasure
box.)
Those that don't do their work don't get recess or anything else special. At the end of the month I reward those with at least 80% of all work and behavior with a movie and popcorn. Well the six that didn't do all or barely any of their work didn't get to see the movie today or eat the popcorn. They also haven't seen day light(recess) since the first week of school. It will
stay this way until they do better.
I also call parents and one parent has done what they said. The others were only blowing hot air. I can't wait to meet with them at conference time. I also send home a weekly report with missed homework and class work marked along with behavior for the week. Parents are to sing it and return it. I then send home a copy for them. Those that haven't seen it will have a surprise when I pull out all the weekly reports to prove why Johnny got an F in each subject.
