school unity

School unity can be a problem anywhere in the U.S. Maybe, since it's Middle School, you can set up peer tutors to help with problems that may occur. If it's major it should be reported to administration, but maybe some kids will be helped if they can go to someone to talk things out. Maybe setting cultural events to show all students that even though their school is diverse, they still have a lot in common, like food, dance, clothes, etc. Hope this helps.
