Hey Brooke,it's cool that you think teaching's your calling. We need more teachers, definately!
have you tried volunteering at a local school? Maybe to help with a classroom? Just sit in a classroom for a while (Observe, note what the class is doing, etc..) and absorb everything. Then, from that decide what your next move might be. If you talk to a local principal, I am sure they'd allow you to observe classes. Then you can experience the classroom, and take it from there.
