Your exactly right Robin!

Clip to ScrapBook
Robin,
I thank you for your support. I have already asked my mentor teacher why my aide has so much power over me, who is the teacher in the room. The only excuse that I have heard is that the school is afraid of a law suit. The woman is very rude and uses the fact that she is a minority to get her way. The school knows this and they are afraid she will sue them if they fire her. Even though she would be fired for her work ethics and nothing else, they are afraid of a messy situation. I do however have some of the parents on my side because they have seen first hand her attitude towards me and the children. They are going to the principal and sadly I feel that this the the only way things will get done for the better.
