CRAZY mom
By Christine

Clip to ScrapBook
You are NOT THE ONLY ONE. I absolutely agree, you should discuss this with your principal... that's why they get the big bucks... BUT also you need to set BOUNDARIES. She's already stepped over them, but you are doing
well in setting them again. Obviously this is a high maintance mom (and sensitive), but one phrase that I have used and found works is "Let me check my planbook (or datebook), I will get back to you..."

BE WARNED though, don't call her back from your home phone... caller ID can kill you! I learned the hard way...

With the bringing the child in stuff, you can always say, " Mrs. 'crazy-lady',

I really would like your son to be more independent with the morning routine" One of my parents comes in for lunch and actually hand feeds her son... I told her that she needs to let him be more independent, which we allow him wo be more successful! Good word: SUCCESSFUL

Keep us posted... oh yeah, and keep good records.
You may need them in the future (if there is any questions from administartion) or you could maybe write a book!
