My heart goes out to teachers in NYC & DC area

I explained to my students who were more fascinated in the strangeness and violence of the story. It wasn't until I told them that I had family and friends in both areas. I explained that many of the people in the WTC were parents, sisters, brothers, and even children, and they we needed to remember how that feels. Most of my students were incredibly sensitive and supportive.My prayers go out to you. What can we do? Michelle
