How to help
By Tracy

Clip to ScrapBook
Thank you so much for your responses. It truly shows the American spirit. My class and I have talked about this incident since we returned to school. They seem to be handling this situation much better than myself. It
hurts my heart to think that so many innocent lives have been lost? My students however, do not understand the impact this has had all over the country and certainly trying to explain WHY is the most difficult part. I have listed some ways that you can help.

How To Help

1. Continue to pray.

2. You can send letters, cards, pictures, collages, stuffed animals, flags, poems, video tape

or what ever represents your spirit. You can also try to explain to them WHY in you letters, etc. I will post a U.S. Map in the class and as we receive your special token, we will mark it off on our map. Maybe this will give them a visual as to just how many people feel the pain of what happened in NY. From this we can talk about how our actions don't just affect one person, but many. This will be good because we study Character Education my school.

Please email me for the address.

Once again thanks for your concern.
