Another ? about Acro.Rdr. . .

I can see the forms now!! It was most exciting for me! But I'm wondering about the Acrobat Reader I downloaded supposedly for free. . .I was not asked for a payment. . .it was version 5, and I saw an ad in the paper today for it. . .it was $219!! Now I'm curious as to how I got it as a free download, and one of the stores is selling it for that much?!? Any answers?Sybil
