re-reads
By M

Clip to ScrapBook
After you discuss your skill, say on Monday- for instance "cause and effect" when you do a re-read, say on Thursday, you could give each student a sticky note to find the part where the "cause" is and write on the sticky why that is the cause and another sticky to put on the part where the effect is and why they think that. Re-reading is really beneficial. Just a thought, hope you can use it. P.S. I teach 5th too- they love sticky notes.
