My parents don't speak English!

Our Open House is next week. I have been trying to think of what I or my students can do so that the parents get an understanding of what their child will be doing this year. I thought I would have the students "run" the open house. I would think that would take a lot of preperation during class time, which I don't feel I can afford? Hmmm...
Well, I could talk in circles about this. Any ideas would be GREATLY appreciated! Thank you.
