What a difficult position you must be in! I know I hate the politics/backstabbing when it goes on. I give you a lot of credit though, not becoming part of it and talking about it with your principal/people involved. I guess if I were in your shoes I would try to find someone who can help out, even if it isn't your assigned mentor. There's always a friendly ear out there, it might just take time to find that person w/in your building. In the meantime, hang in there! You always have people on this board to help out with questions/problems/a listening ear!!! C
