travel bear

I also have a travel bag. However, mine is a language experience activity. I have a bag with a composition notebook, pencils, and a stuffed fish named Rainbow. (my classroom theme is fish) The children take turns bringing it home every night (except Friday). They (or their parents) write about what they did when they get home (what they ate for dinner, etc.). Then the next day they get to share their story. I also see if they remember what they did the night before.
