Fat and Skinny ??

Hi! I am also going to start lit circles in a couple of weeks. I am wondering what you have them do w/ the fat and skinny questions. Do they discuss them in the circle or present them to the class? Any ideas on how to manage the class during lit circle time? Last year, I only allowed two circles going at a time because of the noise level. I gave the rest of the class independent work while discussions were going on...worked ok just wondering if anyone had anything better.
