Sixth Grade Art
By Tracy

Clip to ScrapBook
An interesting and cheap project is leaf rubs with colored pencil crayons, get the students to collect leaves and/or bring some from home. Then use fall colors, like green, brown, orange, red, yellow and rub them on a white sheet like a collage so all the leaves are together, then I wrote their name in Marker over top and mounted them on construction paper.
Another cheap one is called star bursts, use crayons and start with a small star then take a diferent color and kind of scribble on the outside , then another coloor and so on. Check out mailbox magazines.
Haunted houses are good art projects. With a story to go with them.
Hope these can help!
