Team planning

We have 4 teams in 6th grade, (2 or 3 people per team)and meet on different days for different things. Monday we meet with our own team. Discussing scheduling, student concerns, field trips, etc. On Wednesday we have full 6th grade team meeting. Again we discuss full class field trips, or anyother concerns. On Thursday we have department meetings, math, L/A , S.S., science. We have to take notes at all meetings. We have 9 6th grade teachers and take turns running the meeting and taking notes.
