I have a couple of ideas. In the past, I have had teams of two play a mult. game with an egg carton. Just number the bottom parts of the carton and put two counters inside, (I used pennies). They each take a turn by shaking it up and multiplying the two numbers correctly. The players keep score and the winner is whoever has the most correct products. Another activity is to have the children illustrate how the number 100 could be small or 10 could be big. It takes a lot of thinking and imagination. You could also try writing clues to have the kids guess a number using important math terms. FOr instance: This # is even. It is < 20. The # in the ones place is the product of 3 x 2. Who am I? Hope these help!
