ex.: 1,2,fizz,4,5,fizz,7..... or playing 5s ex.: 1,2,3,4,buzz,6,7,8,9,buzz,11... or playing 3s and 5s together once you've mastered the above ex: 1,2,fizz,4,buzz,fizz,7,8,fizz,buzz,11, When you get to a multiple shared by both 3 & 5 such as 15 you say fizz-buzz.
