I feel EXACTLY the same way! This is my first year teaching and I am working the same hours you are. I am always the first one in the building in the morning and the last one to leave at night, and I still never seem to finish things. I too am overwhelmed and a little demoralized. I feel like I don't really know what I'm doing and that I don't have time to really enjoy the kids like I want to. Other teachers keep telling me that it gets easier, that things fall into place, and that I WILL figure out what I'm doing eventually. So will you. Hang in there- we're in the same boat!
