I don't think that idea you had would be too babyish...like someone said, they are still elementary. I painted a huge squirrel and made some acorns with the jobs on them. Then, added their names to the jobs and titled it we are nuts about our helpers. The kids really thought it was cute and liked it even though they are fifth graders.
