Name game
By Betty

Clip to ScrapBook
I also teach third grade and we played a name game where they went down the line and said their name and something that they liked that started with the same letter as their first name. "My name is Betty and I like bananas." Then the next person had to say, "Her name is Betty and she likes bananas and my name is Kirby and I like kangaroos." By the end of the game, the last ones had a lot to remember and say, but they all were able to do it. We enjoyed a good laugh as some of them struggled to come up with something or would say something silly. Another good point was that by the end of the game I knew every child in my class by name!
