I am using a combination of a store bought bulletin board that had lots of faces and has a characher ed saying, as well as, a sign saying "learning is going on here" and on the first day of school I plan to take some pictures of the students with my digital camera and post them. I titled the board "Face to face with learning." Last year I purchased some window decal material(from Staples) and used the camera and the printer and put students pictures on the window of my door. This was a hugh success.
