Good Read-Aloud

I am using "First Day Jitters" as my first day read-aloud. I teach 2nd grade but one of our third grade teachers has asked to borrow it when I am finished. Check the book board too, it had alot of first day book ideas. I have also used Chrysanthemum (sp?) by Keven Henkes before and it is a good one to use for the first day. Hope this helps!
