Although I havent started with the kids yet-I am feeling similar to you. Don't give up! As far as not getting any help from your team members, try going to the principal or asst. principal. You could also see if there is anyone else to help you around the building. Look into workshops on the methods the school (or team) uses and go from there. Remember-take one step at a time.
