Getting sick
By Eric

Clip to ScrapBook
Dear Yikes,
I have taught in a kindergarten classroom before also. I know with the mannerisms they have (or lack thereof) it is really easy to get sick.
ONe thing I did was always wash my hands. I also had some of
the germ sanitizer-(not sure what it is called) that you don't need water for. But I used that alot and it was almost like using lotion, and I didn't have to go to the bathroom all the time to wash my hands with water. Another thing you can do is drink some Green Tea. It is filled with antioxidants (certain vitamins that help ward off colds, sickness). You have to watch though of taking
too many multivitamins because they can make you even sick and feel worn down.
Other than that, just make sure you eat well, get enough rest(don't burn the midnight oil too often)and exercising every once and a while won't hurt.
