Finding your "groove"

Mark, overwhelmed is a great way to describe your first year!!! I am going into my second year of teaching, and found that I didn't really "find my groove" as you put it, until after Christmas. Now that I am going into a second year, I feel so much more confident, that I can't even imagine how I got through last year without having a break down!!! You will do fine, and next September look back at what you did and find so many neat ways to improve things and wonder how you ever muddled through!
