Same problem!

I teach 6th grade and I am having the same problem. I have two boys who constantly goof off, disturb other students and interrupt class. There has been no break from it. Also, everything I have tried does not work, including taking away recess, giving zeros, etc. I am reluctant to call parents already (2nd week of school) but I think that is what will happen.
Sorry I can't offer suggestions, but at least it helps to know you are not alone!
