no kids of my own, but wiped!

I moved into my new apartment the day before school started. I'm still sleeping on the bed without linen because I can't find any. I am wiped. It's mostly school and work. When will I make the adjustment? I really feel for parents; they have it the hardest. My dinner, last night, was popcorn. I'm eating some yogurt and pretzels for lunch.Good luck~~~
