homework

Clip to ScrapBook
First let me preface this by saying I only 1/2 way believe in homework. Basically the only homework my students will have is work they are unable to complete in class, a project that they needed a weekend to complete, etc. Because I think family time and extracurricular activities are as much a part of a child's life as school is, I tried not to labor them too much with additional activities at home.
A typical night will be:
Math problem set (25 problems) (They started this in class and many would finish)
Reading 20 minutes

The rest of the content areas would be homework if their daily assignment wasn't completed that day.
