math help
By dianna

Clip to ScrapBook
you can use M & M to do fractions or to do bar graphing.
you can make paper quilt squares (measurement) and then tape them all together for a class quilt.
teach them coordinate graphing (5,9) (6,7) etc. and let them
create the picture, then switch with friends.
use geoboards or pattern blocks
tanagrams
fractions-they can cook something or make something
Measurement-metric or standard- measure the circumference of their heads, shoulder to tip of fingers

Hope these help- anything hands on the kids will love. My favorite is the quilting one, because it is individual and whole class. Inside

the square you can have them do som symmetry or congruent shapes, etc.
Sorry for rambling on. If you choose one of these I'd love to help you more. Just e-mail me.
