When my students reach the goal that I have set for them (ex. certain number of problems in less than x minutes) they receive a Multiplication license. I use Excel to create what looks like a driver's license, add their picture, and post in on the wall, under Department of Multiplication. This is a nice reward for the ones who earn it, and great inspiration for the others to keep working. The goals can also privately be modified for some students if necessary.
