I have done this for several years. I mix the eggs either at home or at school. Throw in green food coloring. I cook them in an electric skillet and use the Ham for sandwiches and usually heat it up(some students eat cold). I have only done it for up to 3rd grade, but I always tell them it is really green eggs. there is always 1-2 who think it is food coloring, but I insist it is green eggs. Our Principal has chickens from all over and they actually lay green eggs (and other colors) so I showed the students the shells to prove they were green eggs. That was the best!!!
