You can stuff with fall leaves if your school has trees. Also, you might try the panty part of pantyhose for the head as they are flesh colored. And you will want a pair of gloves to make the hands. It's nice to add a bit of real straw at the neck and sleeves to make it look "real". Just pick some dry grass for this if you don't have any access to real straw. Gee, this sounds so cute I might have to make one with my kids!
