Volunteer sheet
By Debbie

Clip to ScrapBook
Hi nay-nay,
You might first sit in your classroom with your daily class schedule and list the areas in which a volunteer might be helpful. Also, the times of the day. In addition to classroom helpers, some parents would
rather not work in the room so add the clerical stuff-typing stories, copying, cutting, etc. Then think about the other jobs that might be done at home-cutting, book orders, etc. Add the occasional stuff, such as field trips, parties, etc.
Type a note about volunteers being an integral part of the classroom community then list the jobs with their descriptions. Add a tear off
slip at the bottom to be returned, and you're set. My list this year includes: Classroom volunteer-weekly, biweekly; Party coordinator/assistant; At home assistance; Clerical duties at school; Chaperone field trips...hope this helps! ;-D
