I like that all of the lesson plans created and shared by teachers across my district are there for me to access and use. I hate that it is NOT user friendly. The search feature is a monster of a nightmare. It is often slooooooooooooowwwwwwwww. My state has new standards and the old ones are still in there and teachers are still being allowed to choose them for their lesson plans. The templates keep moving around.
