When my kids were in elementary school they always had a Harvest Festival. We do not do this at the school I teach at but we do have a Spring Carnival. Here are some suggestions that my kids' school had...
1. Dinner
was going on in the cafeteria (parents bought tickets ahead of time for a certain time of the night, tickets were sold at the door for time slots available).
2. In the gym, an auction (silent and verbal)was happening at different times.
We had some of the same games listed in the other post but also had...
3. Veggie roll (had to roll vegetables like squash, pumpkins, etc. from
one point to another)
4. Cake walk and toy walk
5. face painting
6. toilet paper throw (throw into a toilet bowl)
(paper was ducktaped so it wouldn't unroll)
7. Guess the pumpkin's weight (had a huge pumpkin) Winner announced at end of night at the auction.
8. "Blinko" like the Plinko game on Price Is Right (a parent made this)
9. We did a Haunted House a few times.
10. Ring a coke
11. Get out of jail(kids could pay to put a teacher, principal in jail and someone had to pay to get them out)
12. "Fishing"
13. putt putt golf
Hope these help!
