You might try aligning the Math standards so all students are working on the same general strand, but at different levels...ie. everyone doing a 'problem of the day' focusing on geometry. I also liked the idea that was posted on managing the groups, but you might try working with the middle group first while the neediest worked on some type of practice independently. Once the middle group was rolling, touch bases with the highest to answer questions quickly; then take time with your neediest group. If they're doing similar problem types, everyone could get together to share at the end, and you'd have some great models as the others are ready to take on different strategies. Best of luck. ;-D
