Thank you for the replies. I definitly thought about what some of you had said. You are right when you said that it is good when it benefits the students. The only thing that I can't let go of is the fact that I worked VERY hard this summer, while my team member bragged about having a school free summer. I also would like my principal to be proud of me, especially since I am not a tenured teacher, while she is. I guess my point is that I thank you for replying, because everytime she copies my ideas, I just keep thinking of the children.
