I have a great principal. He's very supportive of teachers and knows the kids. I did go to him for difficulty with another teacher though wasn't happy with the result. He said all the right things but the follow through wasn't there. Other than that he's been awesome. The assistant principals are fine. I don't have much to do with them though.
